• Requires submitting digital photos of employee at workstation via email to Ergonomic Wellness, LLC for review along with explanation of the discomfort or pain experiencing, if any.
• Recommendations for repositioning of equipment, adjustment of chair and other refinements will be returned via email.
• If necessary, may recommend the purchase of ergonomic accessory items.
• Requires submittal of digital pictures by an employee of revised workstation to assure recommendations were understood and implemented.
• Report submitted to management of recommendations and compliance.
